Self-guided programmes do not require you to provide SRP with medical information unless specifically requested as part of an individual service.
SRP programmes and digital services are delivered through the Twiik platform.
When you create an account, purchase a programme or use services delivered through Twiik, personal information may also be processed through that platform in accordance with the applicable agreements and privacy information.
We may also use other service providers for website hosting, payments, communications, analytics and technical infrastructure.
We only share personal information where necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations or operate SRP appropriately.
Payment information may be processed by Twiik or other authorised payment providers.
SRP does not need to store complete payment-card details where payments are handled by an external payment provider.

Where we use optional analytics, marketing or other tracking technologies, these will only be activated in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
