Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to programmes, coaching, digital services and other services offered through SportRehabPerformance (“SRP”).

SRP is operated by byrizz AB, organisation number 559340-9302.

Our services

SRP provides digital training and rehabilitation programmes, performance programmes, online coaching, individual professional guidance and related educational services.

The specific content, duration, price and level of support for each service are described on the relevant programme or service page before purchase.

Digital programmes

Self-guided programmes are delivered digitally and may be accessed through the SRP app and/or the Twiik platform.

Programme content may include structured training plans, exercises, instructional videos, progression guidance and supporting information.

Access may require a compatible device, internet connection and a user account with the platform used to deliver the programme.

Coaching and individual services

Coaching and individual guidance may include assessment, programme design, communication, progress reviews and programme adjustments.

The exact level of support depends on the service purchased or otherwise agreed with SRP.

Individual coaching services are intended to provide structured professional guidance. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and relevant information necessary for the service.

Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK), regardless of the selected language or market. The applicable price and payment terms are shown before purchase. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or transaction fees.

Where a service involves recurring payments, a subscription or a defined commitment period, the applicable price, duration and payment conditions will be presented before purchase.

Delivery and access

Digital programmes are normally made available after successful payment and account registration.

Access to digital services may depend on third-party platforms. SRP will make reasonable efforts to assist with access problems relating to services purchased through SRP.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and account details associated with their purchase.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers purchasing services online generally have statutory rights of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.

For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may cease once delivery has begun where the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery, acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost, and received the required confirmation.

For services started during a statutory withdrawal period at the customer's request, different rules may apply depending on the service and how much has already been delivered.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Where a service is sold as a subscription or with a defined commitment period, the applicable duration and cancellation conditions will be stated before purchase.

The customer is responsible for cancelling an ongoing service in accordance with the conditions applicable to that service.

Cancellation of future payments does not automatically create a right to reimbursement for services or programme access already delivered.

Training, rehabilitation and health

SRP programmes are designed to support rehabilitation, physical training, health and performance.

Self-guided digital programmes do not replace an individual medical, physiotherapy or other healthcare assessment where such an assessment is appropriate.

You are responsible for training within your own capacity and for seeking appropriate professional or medical advice if you experience significant pain, injury, illness, unusual symptoms or uncertainty about whether a programme is suitable for you.

Where individual professional guidance is provided, recommendations are based on the information available at the time of assessment.

Individual results

Responses to training and rehabilitation vary between individuals.

SRP does not guarantee a specific recovery time, training result, performance improvement or other individual outcome.

Progress may depend on factors including participation, consistency, health status, previous training, recovery and individual circumstances.

Use of programmes and content

All SRP programmes, videos, written materials, training structures, graphics and educational materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

A purchase gives the customer a personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased content for its intended purpose.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, published, shared commercially or made available to others without prior written permission from SRP or the relevant rights holder.

User accounts

Where access requires a personal account, login details must not be shared with other users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

Third-party platforms

Some SRP services are delivered through third-party platforms, including Twiik.

Use of these platforms may also be subject to the provider's own terms, privacy policy and technical requirements.

SRP is not responsible for temporary interruptions or technical problems caused solely by third-party services outside SRP's reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers affected by issues relating to an SRP purchase.

Changes to programmes and services

SRP may update programme content, exercises or technical delivery where reasonably necessary to improve the service, maintain functionality or reflect current professional practice.

Material changes affecting an existing purchased service will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Availability

We aim to keep our digital services available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, platform updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Complaints

If you experience a problem with a purchase, programme or service, please contact SRP so we can try to resolve the matter.

Your statutory rights relating to defective or delayed digital content or services remain unaffected. Swedish consumer rules provide remedies where digital content or digital services are faulty or delivered late.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

SRP may update these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to our services, technology, business operations or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be available on this page together with the date of the most recent update.
